En durf jij collega's aan te spreken als dat nodig is? Dan is deze functie als meewerkend productieleider misschien iets voor jou! Als meewerkend productieleider ben je dagelijks te vinden op de productievloer. Je werkt mee met het team, maar hebt daarnaast een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden van de productiemedewerkers. Je zorgt voor structuur in de werkzaamheden, houdt in de gaten of iedereen veilig werkt en spreekt collega's aan wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent de schakel tussen de productie en het kantoor. Problemen of bijzonderheden op de werkvloer signaleer je en bespreek je met de juiste collega's. Andersom zorg je ervoor dat afspraken en informatie vanuit kantoor duidelijk bij het productieteam terechtkomen. Waarom zoeken we jou? - Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving en weet hoe het eraan toegaat op de werkvloer; - Mensen aansturen en aanspreken gaat je goed af. Je bent duidelijk, maar ook benaderbaar; - Je houdt van aanpakken en vindt het geen probleem om zelf mee te werken in de productie; - Veilig werken vind je belangrijk en je spreekt collega's hier ook op aan; - Jij houdt het overzicht, ziet snel wanneer iets niet goed loopt en weet dit op een duidelijke manier terug te koppelen aan kantoor. Bedrijf Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal landbouw conserven bedrijf. Wij bieden jou - Een salaris tussen €2900 en €3700 bruto per maand; - Een leuke baan met verantwoordelijkheid in dagdienst; - 24 vakantiedagen; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Eerst een contract via HR Zeeland.
