Iemand die duidelijk richting geeft, medewerkers weet te motiveren en tegelijkertijd niet bang is om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken? Dan zoeken we jou. Als Meewerkend Productieleider stuur je dagelijks een team van circa 12 tot 16 productiemedewerkers aan. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, houdt overzicht over de productie en zorgt dat mensen weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Geen functie waarbij je de hele dag achter je bureau zit: gemiddeld besteed je één tot twee uur per dag aan administratie en overleg. De rest van de tijd ben je aanwezig in de productie. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen de productievloer en het management. Je zorgt dat de dagelijkse planning klopt, houdt zicht op kwaliteit en voortgang en weet precies wat er binnen jouw team speelt. Je geeft richting, maar springt net zo makkelijk zelf bij als dat nodig is. - Dagelijks aansturen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van 12 tot 16 productiemedewerkers; - Verdelen van het werk en bewaken van de productieplanning, bezetting en voortgang; - Sturen op kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit en ingrijpen wanneer het proces daarom vraagt; - Zelf actief aanwezig zijn op de productievloer en meewerken waar nodig; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en werkmethodes; - Oppakken van functioneren, ontwikkeling en ziekteverzuim binnen jouw team, met HR als sparringpartner; - Verwerken en bewaken van productiegegevens in het ERP-systeem en schakelen met het management en andere afdelingen. Je krijgt een verantwoordelijke functie waarin je veel vrijheid hebt om jouw team en de productie verder te ontwikkelen.
