In een snel veranderende samenleving staan de geestelijke gezondheidszorg (ggz) en dewelzijnswereld voor diverse uitdagingen. De toenemende vraag naar geestelijkegezondheidszorg en begeleiding, krapte op de arbeidsmarkt, gecombineerd met eencomplexer wordend zorglandschap vereist een dynamische en innovatieve aanpak metdigitalisering als instrument. Team Ontwikkeling & Innovatie (O&I) richt zich opimplementatie van projecten die helpend zijn bij deze uitdagingen. Dimence Groep heeft een speciaal programma opgezet om deze vraagstukken aan tegaan en de brug te slaan tussen ICT & zorg; Digitaal in verbinding. Jij komt voor hetovergrote deel van je dienstverband te werken binnen dat programma. Dit doe je samenmet je collega's van team O&I. We zoeken een meewerkend projectleider digitaleinnovatie voor (bij voorkeur) 36 uur per week. Een 'aanpakker' die projectmanagement,procesbegeleiding en verandermanagement als tools inzet om veranderingen terealiseren.Team Ontwikkeling & InnovatieTeam O&I richt zich op complexe en uitdagende vraagstukken. Voorbeelden zijn:Het inzetten van nieuwe technologie in de behandeling.••Het gebruiken van data in de zorg.••De inzet van spraaktechnologie in ons primair proces. •Het ontwikkelen van een programma om de basis digitale vaardigheden te stimuleren.••Het optimaliseren van processen.•• Binnen Team O&I zijn we er om te stimuleren, te verbinden, te versnellen en teversterken.
