Een commerciële sleutelrol binnen AutoVentura, waarin je niet alleen verkoopt, maar vooral zorgt dat het hele salesteam beter gaat presteren. - Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige salesorganisatie. - Je werkt met Land Rover en het snelgroeiende Zeekr. - Je krijgt ruimte om commercieel mee te bouwen en zelf verbeteringen door te voeren. - Je blijft actief betrokken bij klanten en verkoop, zonder alleen maar zelf de beste verkoper te hoeven zijn. - Salaris: marktconform, passend bij je ervaring, plus passende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. We zoeken geen Sales Manager die vooral vergadert, rapportages maakt en vanaf de zijlijn vertelt wat anderen moeten doen. Maar ook geen goede verkoper die toevallig een paar collega's onder zich krijgt. We zoeken iemand die beide kanten aankan. Iemand die commerciële kansen ziet en zelf een deal kan sluiten, maar die vooral energie krijgt van een team scherper maken, verantwoordelijkheid pakken en samen betere resultaten neerzetten.
