Voor onze hotels in De Panne en een groot vakantiepark zoeken wij Supervisors Hotelkamerschoonmaak die kwaliteit, structuur en motivatie uitstralen

Jouw rol

Als Supervisor ben jij de persoon die het team aanstuurt en de hotelstandaard bewaakt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie en gastbeleving.

Je taken:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Controleren van kamers en badkamers op netheid, kwaliteit en presentatie.
  • Procedures bewaken en verbeteren waar nodig.
  • Meehelpen op piekmomenten.
  • Voorraadbeheer van linnen en materialen.
  • Technische defecten melden en opvolgen.
  • Professioneel schakelen met het hotel en zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie.
  • Positieve sfeer creëren in het team.
  • Je hebt ervaring in hotelkamerschoonmaak of leidinggeven.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en professionele uitstraling.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Engels of Frans.
  • Je kan mensen motiveren en helder aansturen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail en gastbeleving.
  • Je blijft rustig en oplossingsgericht, ook op drukke momenten.
