Ben jij een ervaren lasser die graag het verschil maakt op de werkvloer?

Voor een modern staalatelier zijn we op zoek naar een vakman die niet alleen uitblinkt in lassen, maar ook collega's weet te ondersteunen, begeleiden en motiveren. Geen pure leidinggevende functie van achter een bureau, maar een meewerkende rol waarbij je zelf dagelijks in het atelier staat en mee bouwt aan kwalitatieve staalconstructies.

Hier draait alles om maatwerk. Geen eindeloze seriewerken, maar unieke projecten waarbij vakmanschap, precisie en trots op het eindresultaat centraal staan.

  • Lassen van maatwerkconstructies, voornamelijk met halfautomaat.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsvolle laswerken volgens plan.
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van lasproeven en kwalificatietesten.
  • Opleiden en ondersteunen van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Begeleiden van starters en schoolverlaters op de werkvloer.
  • Meedenken over efficiëntie, kwaliteit en werkmethodes.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega's binnen de afdeling.
  • Mee toezien op een veilige en nette werkomgeving.
  • Ruime ervaring als lasser in een productie- of staalomgeving.
  • Sterke kennis van halfautomaatlassen.
  • Ervaring met robotlassen of interesse om hierin een trekkende rol op te nemen.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, andere talen zijn een plus.
  • Technisch inzicht en planlezen.
  • Een kwaliteitsgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap zonder de handen uit de mouwen te verliezen.
