Wij zijn op zoek naar een meewerkend teamleader die ons mobiel en energiek magazijnteam komt versterken!

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse logistieke operatie en de verantwoordelijkheden binnen jouw team.
  • Helpen van heftruckchauffeurs en procesmedewerkers bij de verlading om een vlotte workflow te verzekeren.
  • Actief betrokken zijn bij het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
  • Opstellen van een doordachte personeelsplanning en toezien op een efficiënte taakverdeling.
  • Aandacht besteden aan de ontwikkeling van je team en hen begeleiden in hun groei.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het verwelkomen en inwerken van nieuwe collega’s.
  • Het minimaliseren van wachttijden en garanderen dat alle goederen volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitseisen verzonden en ontvangen worden.
  • Intensief samenwerken met andere afdelingen, zoals dispatching en voorraadbeheer, om snel in te kunnen spelen op uitdagingen.
  • Het uitvoeren van veiligheidscontroles en initiatieven nemen die bijdragen aan een veiligere werkomgeving.
  • Rapporteren aan de shiftleader en overleggen met collega-teamleaders over verbeteringen en groei.

Profiel

Wie zoeken we?

  • Ervaring als heftruckchauffeur en magazijnmedewerker met inzicht in logistieke processen is een must.
  • Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een teamlead-rol binnen de logistiek.
  • Een geldig heftruckattest.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke motivator die verbinding maakt binnen het team.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en administratief inzicht, vooral met betrekking tot laaddocumenten.
