NMBS, dat is met de glimlach mensen verbinden en hen nieuwe bestemmingen helpen ontdekken. Op de meest groene manier. Dat is reusachtige machines van 100 ton en 5000 kW besturen en onderhouden. De toekomst van mobiliteit inschatten en uittekenen. Stations bouwen waar mensen elkaar ontmoeten, werken en op weg naar huis nog snel even winkelen. Onderweg. Naar de toekomst van mobiliteit.

Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?

Als Meewerkend teamleader geef je leiding aan een team en voer je zelf onderhoud en herstellingen uit op goederenwagens. Zo zorg je mee dat we een maximale beschikbaarheid van goederenwagons kunnen garanderen aan onze klanten.

Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?

  • Je geeft leiding aan een vijftal techniekers.
  • Je voert onderhoud, herstellingen, montagewerkzaamheden, schouwingen, controles en revisies uit op goederenwagens.
  • Je taken variëren naargelang de specialiteit waarvoor je zal worden opgeleid.

Werkregime:

  • Je werkt in dagdienst (7u21-15u51) OF je werkt in een wisselend regime van dag- en nachtdienst (1 maand dagdienst gevolgd door 1 maand nachtdienst).
  • Start je in dagdienst, dan ben je bereid om in de toekomst in een ploegensysteem (met vroege en late diensten) te werken als de werkzaamheden dat vereisen. Nachtwerk is in dat geval op vrijwillige basis. Het is een pluspunt als je hiertoe bereid bent. 

Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?

  • Je hebt een diploma van het secundair onderwijs in het technisch of beroepsonderwijs (OK4) of een gelijkwaardigheidsattest. Of je hebt relevante ervaring (min. 2 jaar).
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Je beschikt over de volgende technische competenties:

  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica, kan mechanische metingen doen en planlezen.
  • Je kent de wettelijke voorschriften over veiligheid en de bescherming van het personeel.
  • Je kan met de computer werken.

Je herkent jezelf in deze persoonlijkheidskenmerken:

  • Je hebt de nodige leiderschaps- en organisatorische skills om een team aan te sturen.
  • Je begrijpt het belang van veiligheidsprocedures en respecteert deze steeds.
  • Je gaat graag gestructureerd en methodisch te werk en neemt graag initiatief.
