Ze realiseren oplossingen op maat voor zowel multinationals als lokale spelers, waarbij kwaliteit en een doorgedreven service centraal staan. Je komt terecht in een moderne werkomgeving nabij Roeselare, met ruimte voor initiatief en een sterke focus op efficiëntie en samenwerking.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij organiseert de volledige werking van de lakafdeling en bewaakt de planning, volgorde en sortering van de verschillende lakopdrachten
  • Hands-on werk je mee op de vloer: aan- en afvoer van onderdelen, ophangen, afnemen en verpakken
  • Je stuurt een klein team aan van 2 à 3 collega's en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking
  • Je bedient en onderhoudt de nieuwe poederlakinstallatie en automatische ontvettingslijn, die pas sinds 2024 operationeel zijn
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel bij veel variatie en bewaart het overzicht over verschillende projecten en kleurenreeksen
  • Je denkt proactief mee om de lakafdeling verder te optimaliseren
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vloeiend Nederlands, gezien je het team aanstuurt en met veiligheidsregels werkt
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, goed in organisatie en houdt van meewerken op de vloer
  • Ervaring met aansturen van een klein team is een grote troef
