The posting

Als Teamleader Picking (2 ploegen) binnen ons diepvriesmagazijn (-22*) zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor volgende taken:

  • het verdelen en het stapelen van paletten met onze verschillende brood- en patisserieproducten op basis van onze klantenorders.
  • 70% van mijn tijdbesteding werk ik mee met mijn team als orderpicker in onze automatische picking installatie.
  • 30% van mijn dagbesteding bestaat uit het aansturen van dit team en interventies gerelateerd aan storingen in deze installatie.
  • Hierbij ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie & het aansturing van de replenishment & picking-activiteiten.
  • Daarnaast sta ik in voor een vlotte en constructieve communicatie met onze warehouse administrators en mijn eigen team.
  • Meedenken, structurele verbeteringen aangeven en innovaties doorvoeren in het warehouse zijn een tweede natuur voor mij.
  • Veiligheid stel ik voorop en ik zal dan ook ten alle tijden onveilige situaties signaleren en escaleren.
  • Proactief handelen en het nemen van preventieve maatregelen naar veiligheid toe zijn een evidentie in mijn werkwijze.
  • Aansturen van orde en netheid a.d.h.v. richtlijnen m.b.t. voedselveiligheid.
  • Sensibilisatie van mijn eigen team rond veiligheid, kwaliteit & productiviteit
  • Ik heb reeds relevante ervaring in een dergelijke job of omgeving.
  • Voedselveiligheid en hygiëne draag ik hoog in het vaandel.
  • Ik heb een goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan makkelijk en vlot communiceren met verschillende partijen (bv. technische dienst).
  • Mijn troeven zijn sociaalvaardig, probleemoplossend, flexibel, leergierig en ben in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Ik kan overweg met een pc (basiskennis).
  • Technische feeling en vlotte omgang met computergestuurde machines is een pluspunt in mijn profiel.
  • Stressbestendig, coördinatietalent, resultaat- en teamgericht.
  • Belangrijkste is uiteraard mijn motivatie en inzet.
  • Je houdt van een actieve job waarin je veel in beweging bent en je je energie in kwijt kan.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid te werken in een 2 ploegen systeem (6-14u & 14-22u) bij diepvriestemperaturen volgens de wettelijke pauze voorschriften.
