The posting

Voor de productie- en verpakkingsafdeling zoeken we een meewerkend ploegchef die zowel operationeel actief is als verantwoordelijkheid draagt over een ploeg van 10 tot 15 medewerkers. Je verzekert een vlotte werking van de afdeling, stuurt medewerkers aan en ondersteunt waar nodig. Afhankelijk van de afdeling werk je aan productie- of verpakkingslijnen in een tweeploegenstelsel.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Machinebeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces: van het opstarten en instellen van de menginstallatie tot het bijsturen en reinigen ervan.
  • Technisch eigenaarschap: Je leert de machine door en door kennen. Je stelt ze nauwkeurig af en lost kleine technische storingen zelf op.
  • Planning & Resultaat: Je waakt over de planning en zorgt dat alle mengopdrachten kwalitatief en op tijd worden uitgevoerd.
  • Teamleader: Je stuurt een team van 3 collega's aan (2 heftruckchauffeurs en 1 productiemedewerker). Jij bent hun aanspreekpunt en houdt het overzicht.
  • Hands-on: Je bent een meewerkend voorman; waar nodig help je zelf actief mee op de werkvloer.
  • Ploegwerk: Je werkt in een vast tweeploegenstelsel (05u30-13u30 en 13u30-21u30) of nachtstelsel (21u-5u)
  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs (ASO/TSO) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en communiceert vlot met je collega's.
  • Je kan werken met een heftruck.
  • Ervaring in een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld wat betreft werkuren.
