Voor een groeiende productieonderneming in regio Wetteren zijn we op zoek naar een Meewerkend Teamleader Productie. Je combineert het operationeel aansturen van de productie met een hands-on rol op de werkvloer.

Je zorgt samen met je collega’s voor een vlot productieproces, begeleidt medewerkers en springt zelf bij waar nodig.

Jouw taken

  • Je stuurt tijdens jouw shift de verschillende productie- en inpakactiviteiten aan.
  • Je bewaakt de goede werking en voortgang van het volledige productieproces.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt operatoren en productiemedewerkers.
  • Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie op de werkvloer.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten en stuurt bij wanneer de productie dit vereist.
  • Je staat mee in voor het opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe operatoren.
  • Je volgt de productieplanning nauwgezet op.
  • Je ziet toe op de correcte naleving van de hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Je werkt actief mee op de verschillende afdelingen en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je draagt bij aan een vlot draaiende productie en grijpt in wanneer zich operationele problemen voordoen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de andere teamleaders en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een team, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector, is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om eerst de verschillende taken van de operatoren aan te leren, zodat je de werking van de afdelingen goed kent.
  • Je beschikt over goede organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je denkt proactief en kan de juiste prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent communicatief en weet medewerkers op een positieve manier te coachen en motiveren.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om operationeel mee te werken waar nodig.
  • Je bent positief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Bij afwezigheid van een collega ben je bereid om tijdelijk in de nachtploeg te werken.
