Voor een moderne productieomgeving zoeken we een technisch sterke en people‑gerichte Teamleader die enerzijds zijn team coacht en ondersteunt, en anderzijds zelf actief meedraait in het onderhoud. Je blijft voeling houden met de werkvloer, maar neemt tegelijk een belangrijke rol op in planning, organisatie en optimalisatie.

  • Je plant en organiseert het preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Je bereidt technische interventies voor zodat techniekers precies weten wat er moet gebeuren
  • Je stuurt een team onderhoudstechniekers aan, begeleidt hen in hun dagelijkse taken en ondersteunt waar nodig
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk en ziet toe op naleving van de standaarden
  • Je coördineert interne techniekers en externe contractors
  • Je beheert bestellingen en zorgt voor een georganiseerd magazijn
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en projecten die betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie verhogen
  • Je draait zelf voor 70% operationeel mee en ondersteunt bij storingen en dringende interventies
  • Je rapporteert aan de maintenance manager en werkt samen met andere afdelingen
  • Bachelor elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen industrieel technisch onderhoud
  • Je bent een people manager: coachend, motiverend en communicatief sterk
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol is een plus
  • Basiskennis van PLC’s is mooi meegenomen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en probleemoplossend
  • Je bent vertrouwd met een maintenance planning tool (bv. SAP)
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B – je krijgt een eigen bedrijfswagen om naar jouw vaste site te rijden
  • Je bent bereid te werken in verschillende ploegen (dag – vroege – late – wachtdienst 1 weekend op 4)
