Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  1. Instaan voor de inbound zowel vanuit productie als van de aangekochte handelsgoederen en andere benodigdheden. Om dit te garanderen ten alle tijden zorgen voor een afdoende bezetting, permanentie en pro-actieve communicatie naar zowel de productie-afdeling als de aankoop-afdeling.
  2. Sturen (opvolgen, motiveren, opleiden, controleren,…) van het team magazijniers zodat deze op een gemotiveerde manier de beoogde resultaten behalen.
  3. Pro-actief optimaliseren van de werking van het magazijn (mensen, magazijnprocessen, infrastructuur,…) in samenspraak met de Proceseigenaar logistiek, in het kader van continue verbetering van onze magazijnwerking.
  4. Zorgen voor tijdig onderhoud en herstelling en bewaken van het goed gebruik van de magazijninfrastructuur (rekken, rollend materieel, machines,…) zodat het materiaal duurzaam en efficiënt benut wordt.
  5. Initiatieven (structureel overleg, mekaar informeren,… ) nemen die de samenwerking van de verschillende magazijnploegen alsook de transportafdeling verbeteren.
  6. Rapporteren, analyseren en interpreteren van de kerncijfers van de eigen afdeling zodat tijdig kan worden bijgestuurd.
  7. Een actieve bijdrage leveren aan de samenwerking en de realisatie van de objectieven binnen en buiten de logistieke afdeling, met als doelstelling de BOSS strategie en waarden mee vorm te geven.
  8. Uitdragen van de BOSS paints missie, waarden, imago

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelorniveau in een logistieke richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Kennis van logistieke processen
  • Ervaring met leidinggeven is een plus
  • Goede meer-taligheid
  • Vlot werken met Office en ERP-pakketten
