Functie omschrijving

Als leidinggevend meewerkend magazijnier zorg jij er samen met je team voor dat alles in het magazijn vlot, correct en volgens planning verloopt tijdens de avond/ nachtploeg.

Jij bewaart het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en werkt actief mee. Geen bureau job, maar een sleutelrol in het kloppend hart van het magazijn.

Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit?

  • Start 14h en je werkt +/- 8h per dag
  • Aansturen, plannen en coördineren van het magazijnteam
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid ( voeding = extra belangrijk)
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt van je collega's
  • Actief meewerken: orderpicking en bestellingen klaarzetten
  • Controleren van de orders op juistheid en kwaliteit

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring in logistiek en/ of in het aansturen van een team
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die snel schakelt en beslissingen durft nemen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Engels en Frans
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, collegiaal en klantgericht
  • Hygiëne en veiligheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • En niet onbelangrijk: jij voelt je helemaal thuis in de avondploeg
