Ben jij technisch onderlegd én iemand die graag het voortouw neemt? Werk je vlot mee op de vloer, maar hou je tegelijk het overzicht? Dan zoeken wij jou als meewerkend teamleader in onze productie.

In deze rol combineer je het beste van twee werelden: jij steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen aan machines of installaties, én je stuurt een team van techniekers of operatoren aan. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt bij technische storingen, motiveert je collega’s en zorgt dat de productie veilig, vlot en kwaliteitsvol blijft draaien.

Onze gevelsteenfabriek te Beerse zoekt een meewerkend technisch teamleader.

  • Jouw focus ligt op het meewerken met en aansturen van de mensen die onze technische dienst dagdagelijks laten draaien.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het team van mecaniciens en beweegt je tussen hen, je detecteert problemen en zoekt naar oplossingen.
  • Je zorgt dat het geplande mechanisch werk veilig en vlot verloopt (obv werkorders) en draagt zelf ook je steentje bij. Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking en orde op de werkplaats en in het magazijn.
  • Je zorgt mee voor het goede onthaal en opleiding van nieuwe technische medewerkers. Je geeft informatie over ontwikkelkansen mee, maar ook over mogelijke problemen alvorens ze zich ten volle manifesteren.
  • Je communiceert en werkt vlot samen met de verantwoordelijke technische dienst, werkvoorbereider en teamleaders van productie.
  • Je bent mechanisch sterk (opleiding en/of ervaring)
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan in een productieomgeving
  • Je werkt in ploegen en staat ook open voor regelmatig zaterdagwerk (te combineren met vrije dag in de week)
