The posting

Voor een toonaangevend bouwbedrijf actief op werven in heel Vlaanderen zoeken we een meewerkend torenkraanmachinist (cabine).

Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten en combineert kraanwerk met hands-on taken op de werf.

Als torenkraanmachinist ben je een onmisbare schakel op de werf en zorg je voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van de werken:

  • Bedienen van een vaste torenkraan voor het hijsen en verplaatsen van materialen zoals beton, staal en prefab-elementen
  • Correct positioneren van lasten volgens instructies en plannen
  • Communiceren met collega’s via portofoon en duidelijke hand- en armsignalen
  • Waken over de veiligheid op de werf en strikt naleven van de geldende voorschriften
  • Controleren van de opstelling van de kraan en zorgen dat de werkomgeving vrij is van obstakels
  • Inschatten van weersomstandigheden en mogelijke risico’s bij hijswerken
  • Actief meewerken op de werf wanneer er geen kraanwerk is (bekistingen, grondwerken, opruiming, …)
  • Flexibel inspelen op de noden van de werf en het team ondersteunen waar nodig

We zoeken een ervaren en gemotiveerde vakman die veiligheid en kwaliteit vooropstelt:

  • Enkele jaren ervaring als torenkraanmachinist en in het bezit van een geldig attest
  • VCA-attest en rijbewijs B
  • Ervaring met andere machines (verreiker, afstandsbediening kraan, …) is een plus
  • Attest aanslaan van lasten is een pluspunt
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands voor vlotte communicatie op de werf
  • Bereid om fysiek mee te werken en je te verplaatsen over werven in Vlaanderen
  • Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en veiligheidsbewust ingesteld
