Schagen/Den Helder Bouwkunde MBO-4 MBO-3 Aannemer / Installateur Assistent Uitvoerder Hoofduitvoerder Uitvoerder / Supervisor Vaste baan Functie omschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een Meewerkend Uitvoerder. Als Meewerkend Uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing op de bouwplaats en werk je tegelijkertijd actief mee aan de uitvoering. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op locatie en zorgt ervoor dat planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid gedurende het hele project goed worden bewaakt. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten met een omvang van circa €100.000 tot €1.500.000, voornamelijk bestaande uit nieuwbouwwoningen, aanbouwen en bedrijfsunits. Je stuurt timmerlieden en onderaannemers aan, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse voortgang. Waar nodig steek je zelf de handen uit de mouwen en help je mee om het werk op tempo en volgens afspraak uit te voeren. Als meewerkend uitvoerder schakel je dagelijks met het bouwteam, de projectleider, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Je zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed op elkaar aansluiten, signaleert knelpunten en grijpt direct in wanneer dat nodig is. Ook zie je toe op een veilige, nette en goed georganiseerde bouwplaats. Door jouw praktische instelling en natuurlijke manier van leidinggeven weet je het team mee te krijgen en blijft het project in beweging. Je combineert verantwoordelijkheid met meewerken en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat ieder project kwalitatief en volgens planning wordt gerealiseerd.
