Meewerkend Uitvoerder aanleg / infra Wil je graag doorgroeien en ben je toe aan nieuwe uitdaging? Als meewerkend uitvoerder pak je projecten van A tot Z op en mag je meebouwen aan deze nieuwe functie binnen ons bedrijf! Dit ga je doen: - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor meerdere projecten en bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's - Werkzaamheden zelf uitvoeren, zowel aanleg als onderhoud - Een klein, wisselend team aansturen en aan de hoofduitvoerder rapporteren - Werkplanningen maken en afstemmen met de hoofduitvoerder - Voortgang, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid in de gaten houden - Ervoor zorgen dat jouw project soepel verloopt; van start tot oplevering - Belemmeringen, meer- en minderwerk signaleren en projectadministratie (deels digitaal) bijhouden - Samenwerken met onderaannemers - Werken voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers: gemeenten, woningbouwverenigingen, bedrijven, zorginstellingen en ontwikkelaars in de regio Ridderkerk Wie ben jij? - Je hebt minimaal een MBO+-diploma en enkele jaren relevante werkervaring in aanleg en/of infra-werkzaamheden - Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-certificaat - Je hebt minimaal rijbewijs B - Buitenlucht, vroeg beginnen en flexibel omgaan met werkuren is voor jou geen probleem (geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit) - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, vakkennis en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, technisch en organisatorisch inzicht en bent kwaliteitsbewust - Teamplayer; je kunt goed in teamverband werken, maar je kunt ook zelfstandig aan de slag Wat bieden wij jou? - Een fulltime functie met goed salaris volgens de CAO voor Hoveniers - We kijken samen waar jouw kracht ligt en stemmen je werk daarop af - Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting uitvoerder, met steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid afhankelijk van hoe jij je ontwikkelt - Bus / auto van de zaak en mogelijkheid om je BE-rijbewijs te halen - Elke week zit je een vast moment op kantoor om overzicht te houden, voor...
