Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing op de bouwplaats en pakt zelf mee aan waar nodig. Je houdt overzicht, zorgt dat het werk volgens planning loopt en bent het aanspreekpunt voor je ploeg. - Aansturen van uitvoerende medewerkers en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Zelf meebouwen waar de situatie daarom vraagt; - Afstemmen met projectleiding en opdrachtgevers.

Je werkt aan gevarieerde projecten en krijgt de ruimte om je werk naar eigen inzicht in te richten, binnen de afgesproken kaders.

Wat wij vragen: Je bent een vakman met ervaring in de bouw die weet hoe een bouwplaats draait. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder in de bouw; - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting bouwkunde; - Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands; - Je werkt zorgvuldig en houdt overzicht; - Je bent betrouwbaar en staat stevig in je schoenen.
