De projecten zijn voornamelijk woningbouwprojecten in Limburg en Zuidoost-Brabant. Het gaat om relatief kleinschalige projecten, waardoor je breed betrokken bent en veel invloed hebt op het eindresultaat. Wat ga je doen? · Je organiseert en plant alle werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats · Je geeft leiding aan collega's en ingehuurde krachten · Je werkt actief mee op de bouw wanneer dat nodig is · Je overlegt met de werkvoorbereider, projectleider, klant en externe partners · Je bewaakt de voortgang en houdt het overzicht · Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op het werk en de materialen · Je ziet toe op de veiligheid op de bouwplaats · Je lost problemen op wanneer de planning of uitvoering daarom vraagt Functie-eisen Je begint de dag op de bouwplaats en bespreekt met je collega's wat er moet gebeuren. Gedurende de dag houd je de planning in de gaten, stuur je mensen aan en overleg je met de werkvoorbereider, projectleider en andere partijen. Komt er materiaal te laat, loopt iets anders dan gepland of ontstaat er een probleem in de uitvoering? Dan schakel jij snel en zorg je dat het werk verder kan.
