Ben jij klaar om het voortouw te nemen op de bouwplaats en het gezicht van onze projecten te zijn? Als (meewerkend) uitvoerder bij onze partner ben jij degene die het overzicht bewaart, het team aanstuurt en ervoor zorgt dat elke woning in het nieuwbouwportfolio staat als een huis. Wat ga je doen?

Als uitvoerder ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je geeft leiding aan bouwpersoneel en onderaannemers en houdt voortdurend toezicht op kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid. Samen met de projectleider en werkvoorbereider zorg je dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jouw werk speelt zich vooral buiten op de bouwplaats af, want daar gebeurt het! Wij zijn opzoek naar een Meewerkend Uitvoerder - Krimpenerwaard in Bergambacht. Het betreft een functie voor 40 uur per week en het salaris bedraagt € 3800 - 4500. - Leidinggeven aan timmermannen, betonbouwers, loodgieters, stukadoors en andere vaklieden - Controleren van de kwaliteit en voortgang van het werk - Problemen signaleren en oplossen en de planning bewaken - Zorgen dat materialen op tijd en op de juiste plek aanwezig zijn - Administratie bijhouden en veiligheid borgen

- 3 tot 8 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder binnen nieuwbouwwoningen - Je bent woonachtig bij voorkeur in de Krimpenerwaard - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands - Je werkt punctueel, bent stressbestendig, ordelijk en een echte teamplayer - Je voelt je thuis in een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid - Kandidaten die nu voorman of assistent uitvoerder zijn en willen doorgroeien, worden ook uitgenodigd om te reageren.
