Je werkt aan uiteenlopende onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten en bent verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de uitvoering. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Aansturen van CAO-personeel en onderaannemers - Toezien op de correcte uitvoering van alle werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats - Controleren van werktekeningen en technische documenten - Keuren en beoordelen van geleverde materialen - Zorgen voor een optimale inzet en prestaties van medewerkers - Toezien op de naleving van het V&G-plan en het ARBO-beleid - Opstellen en bewaken van diverse planningen Wie je bent (of wil worden): - MBO werk- en denkniveau - Zelfstandig en proactief - Oplossingsgericht en gestructureerd.
