Graag verantwoordelijkheid, maar zelf ook nog actief op de vloer? Als meewerkend verantwoordelijke orderpicking combineer je het aansturen van medewerkers met orderpicking, controles en dagelijkse organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste grondstoffen tijdig klaarstaan voor productie en springt zelf bij waar nodig.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt op de inboundafdeling van een grote voedingsproducent in Destelbergen. Samen met de inbound manager en supervisor organiseer je de dagelijkse werking volgens de productieplanning.

• Je verdeelt het werk en stuurt de medewerkers op de afdeling aan

• Je werkt zelf mee met het orderpicken van grondstoffen

• Je verzamelt producten uit de frigo en diepvries met fiches en een scanner

• Je controleert via scanlijsten of iedere productiebatch correct en tijdig klaarstaat

• Je beantwoordt de diensttelefoon en stuurt de planning bij wanneer dat nodig is

• Je bewaakt de orde en netheid op de afdeling

• Je ziet toe op de afspraken rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne

• Je meldt afwijkingen aan de kwaliteitsafdeling

• Je zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht naar de volgende verantwoordelijke en de inbound manager

• Je onthaalt nieuwe medewerkers en zorgt voor hun opleiding en begeleiding

Dit is dus geen functie waarbij je alleen vanop afstand een team aanstuurt. Je staat tussen de medewerkers, werkt mee en houdt tegelijk het overzicht. De omgeving is gekoeld. Je werkt bij 7 graden, in frigo's van 4 graden en regelmatig in de diepvries bij min 18 graden.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je kunt medewerkers duidelijk aansturen en motiveren

• Je neemt initiatief en zoekt praktisch naar oplossingen

• Je communiceert helder met collega's en verantwoordelijken

• Je hebt een goede kennis van volume eenheden

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt kwaliteit en veiligheid in het oog

• Je kunt fysiek werk aan, waaronder regelmatig tillen tot ongeveer 15 kilogram

• Werken in een gekoelde omgeving en diepvries is voor jou haalbaar

• Je kunt je voldoende uitdrukken in het Nederlands om instructies, communicatie en registraties correct uit te voeren

• Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken
