Voor onze vestiging KleintjeZuid de Rivieren , in de Rivierenbuurt, zijn wij op zoek naar een (meewerkend) vestigingsmanager. Op deze locatie bieden wij 's morgens voorschoolse educatie aan en 's middags naschoolse opvang, wat deze functie zo afwisselend maakt! Jij bent het gezicht van deze vestiging! Deels zal je naast je collega's op de groep werken en daarnaast voer je managementtaken uit. Deze locatie is onlangs compleet gerenoveerd en voorzien van de geweldige look & feel van KleintjeZuid. Over de functie Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de conceptbewaking van KleintjeZuid en waarborgt de naleving van het kwaliteits-, pedagogisch-, en personeelsbeleid en zorgt voor optimale kwaliteit van de opvang. Dit is jouw vestiging! De meewerkend vestigingsmanager geeft op gestructureerde, inspirerende en positieve wijze leiding aan het team van ongeveer zes pedagogisch medewerkers. De meewerkend vestigingsmanager: - is het eerste aanspreekpunt voor pedagogisch professionals en ouders/verzorgers, maar ook voor het hoofdkantoor, onze pedagoog, manager NSO's en manager kwaliteit & service over de vestiging; - geeft leiding aan het team door de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van de uitvoering van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden te controleren, te coördineren en pedagogisch professionals te begeleiden, instrueren, coachen en motiveren, waar nodig; een echte People manager; - zorgt voor de juiste bezetting binnen jouw vestiging.
