Luba - Meewerkend voorman in Vianen Meewerkend voorman - Vianen - 38 tot 40 uur - Vast - Mbo Ga aan de slag als meewerkend voorman in Vianen binnen een fulltime functie met verantwoordelijkheden in het nachtproces van de sorteerstraat. Over het werk Als meewerkend voorman ben jij de centrale kracht binnen het nachtelijke sorteerproces van een logistiek crossdock in Vianen. In deze fulltime functie werk je in avond- en nachtdiensten (starttijd 18:00 uur) en geef je leiding aan een team van flexkrachten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een soepele en veilige verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen, waarbij je zorgt voor een nette werkomgeving en het behalen van een hoge scan succesrate. De functie biedt ruimte voor persoonlijke groei, trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je werkt in een stabiel team en draagt bij aan het succes van een belangrijk logistiek knooppunt. Je start je werkdag met een inspectieronde langs de sorteerstraat. Daarna richt je samen met je team de werkvloer overzichtelijk in. Je stemt de personeelsbezetting af met de procesleider en instrueert de flexkrachten. Tijdens het sorteerproces houd je toezicht op de goederenstroom, controleer je de invoer in het systeem en signaleer je eventuele zendingen met foutieve labels. Je schakelt snel wanneer medewerkers na het sorteren op andere plekken nodig zijn en ondersteunt de planning. Aan het einde van je dienst rapporteer je de resultaten aan de netwerkmanager. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw inzet maakt het verschil.
