Dan is deze rol als meewerkend voorman bij Smits Vastgoedzorg jou op het lijf geschreven! De functie Als meewerkend voorman planmatig onderhoud geef je dagelijks leiding aan je ploeg en werk je zelf actief mee aan het onderhoud en schilderwerk van woningen en complexen. Jij zorgt voor een soepel verloop van de werkzaamheden op het project, van voorbereiding tot uitvoering. Dankzij jouw inzet is de planning haalbaar, blijft de kwaliteit hoog en wordt er veilig gewerkt.Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de uitvoerder, je collega's en de bewoners. Je vertaalt het werkplan naar de praktijk en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Daarbij coach en motiveer je jouw team, bewaak je de voortgang en houd je de administratie op orde. Zo lever je samen met je ploeg vakwerk waar bewoners blij van worden. Je bewaakt niet alleen de kwaliteit van het schilderwerk, maar kijkt ook naar het grotere geheel. Efficiënt materiaalgebruik, een nette werkplek en goede communicatie met collega's en bewoners zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Onze projecten worden uitgevoerd in bewoonde woningen en bent daardoor hét aanspreekpunt voor bewoners. Met jouw vriendelijke houding en duidelijke communicatie zorg je dat zij zich prettig voelen en nauwelijks iets merken van de werkzaamheden. Opleiding en ervaring Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding en ervaring als onderhoudsschilder. Door jouw achtergrond weet je wat er nodig is om een project van begin tot eind goed te laten verlopen. Je werkt planmatig, communiceert helder met je team en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en resultaat.
