Functieomschrijving In de rol van meewerkend voorman ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het logistieke proces. Samen met het hoofd warehouse en je mede-leidinggevende stuur je een team van circa 25 magazijnkrachten aan. Je bent niet alleen het aanspreekpunt op de vloer, maar steekt zelf ook actief de handen uit de mouwen. Omdat je werkt met geconditioneerde goederen, beweeg je je dagelijks in ruimtes waar de temperatuur varieert van -18°C tot +18°C. Wat ga je doen? - Team aansturen: Je begeleidt en motiveert de magazijnmedewerkers bij het verwerken van de inkomende en uitgaande goederen; - Processen stroomlijnen: Je bewaakt de logistieke planning en zoekt continu naar verbeteringen voor een optimale doorloop; - Werkplek & Materieel: Je ziet erop toe dat de werkomgeving netjes blijft en dat intern transportmateriaal (zoals heftrucks) goed wordt onderhouden; - Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je waarborgt de voedselveiligheid en zorgt dat iedereen volgens de gestelde richtlijnen werkt; - Meewerken op de vloer: Je springt direct bij waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij het verplaatsen of sorteren van pallets en kisten.
