Als Meewerkend Voorman ben jij de spil op de werkvloer. Je geeft dagelijks richting aan een team van ongeveer 10 orderpickers, houdt overzicht over de planning en voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat orders correct en op tijd worden verzameld en klaargemaakt voor transport. Tegelijkertijd werk je zelf actief mee wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent daarmee niet alleen een aanvoerder van het team, maar ook degene die ervoor zorgt dat het logistieke proces in de (gekoelde) opslag soepel verloopt. Aantal uur: 40 uur Locatie: Oude-Tonge Voor onze vestiging in Oude-Tonge zijn wij op zoek naar een Meewerkend Voorman. Op deze vestiging verzorgen we de ontvangst, opslag en uitgifte van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen en meststoffen. De operationele logistiek in Oude-Tonge is dynamisch, regelmatig verandert er iets en is geen dag hetzelfde. Jij vindt het juist leuk om daarin de regie te pakken. Je hoeft niet alles zelf te doen. Wel zorg je ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren, dat de prioriteiten duidelijk zijn en dat het proces blijft draaien wanneer de planning verandert of er iets onverwachts gebeurt. Je staat daarbij letterlijk tussen je mensen. Je werkt mee, helpt collega's op weg en spreekt hen aan wanneer dat nodig is. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan alleen de order van vandaag en denk je mee over hoe we onze logistieke processen verder kunnen verbeteren. Werkzaamheden Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen de logistiek, de opslag en zorgt er samen met het team voor dat alles goed georganiseerd verloopt.
