Het is een kerngezond bedrijf dat continu op zoek is naar gemotiveerde professionals binnen de metaalindustrie. Functieomschrijving Als meewerkend voorman ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkvloer, de productieplanning en de productieleider. 's Ochtends ben jij degene die de fabriek opent en neemt als eerst de dag door met je collega's. Waar nodig werk je mee in het productieproces en stuurt daarnaast een team van vakmensen aan. Uiteraard zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden soepel en efficiënt verlopen en springt bij waar nodig. Jouw taken op een rijtje: - Aansturen en motiveren van je team; - Meewerken in de dagelijkse productie van hoogwaardige industriële messen en slijtdelen; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en levertijden; - Bestellen van producten; - Bij storing van de machine deze repareren of laten repareren; - Verzorgen van werkverdeling en prioriteiten op de vloer; - Meedenken in procesverbeteringen en optimalisatie. Belangrijk is dat jij uit de metaaltechniek komt en ook weet hoe CNC machines werken tot aan het programmeren toe. Jouw werkdag start rond 07:00 uur om de fabriek te openen en eindigt tussen 16:00 en 17:00 uur. In de weekenden ben je lekker vrij. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting (metaal). - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de metaalbranche en met een CNC machine - Leidinggevende capaciteiten en ervaring met het aansturen van een team. - Technisch inzicht en kennis van productieprocessen. - Bereidheid om actief mee te werken in de productie. - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, flexibele instelling, goeie sociale en comm...
