Vanuit je standplaats Sas van Gent, bezoek je de verschillende projecten en houdt rekening met de specifieke wensen van de verschillende opdrachtgevers. Je komt afspraken na en houdt de voortgang van projecten in de gaten. Natuurlijk snap je dat veiligheid boven alles gaat, daar zie je streng op toe. Waar nodig grijp je in, maar meestal heb jij de zaken al ver van te voren prima geregeld. Je haalt het maximale uit je team door elkaar te motiveren. Je onderhoudt de relatie met medewerkers van de opdrachtgever en treedt proactief op wanneer er zich problemen of kansen tijdens het werk voordoen. Je werkt nauw samen met (en rapporteert aan) de projectleider. Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je hebt de dagelijkse leiding over de uitvoering van opdrachten of projecten onder toezicht van de Uitvoerder of Projectleider, geeft instructie en stuurt een team van machinisten, cleaners en uitzendkrachten aan; - Het waarborgen van veiligheid & kwaliteit, het dragen/gebruiken van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen; - Het opnemen van werkzaamheden bij klanten en overleg met collega's, - Je vult klantbonnen, dagstaten, het logboek en de verdere administratie in; - Het bijwonen en volgen van veiligheidsinstructies en bedrijfsopleidingen; - Voorbereiden en gereed maken van uitrusting, aansluitingen en/of installaties op locatie; - Je bestuurt en bedient de verschillende machines en houdt deze in goede staat; - Voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit aan materieel en zorgt voor (veilige) operationele werking. - Bij toerbeurt draai je m...
