Als meewerkend voorman asi/vsi bij Sortiva bv Alkmaar 40 uur 3.172 - 4.174 per maand Ben jij een ervaren aanpakker die graag het voortouw neemt én zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Sortiva is hét recyclingsplatform voor secundaire grondstoffen en biedt duurzame oplossingen voor verschillende afvalstromen. Door afvalstromen op een slimme manier te verwerken, worden deze opnieuw ingezet als secundaire grondstoffen. Zo dragen we iedere dag bij aan een circulaire economie. Als meewerkend voorman recycling ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de uitvoerende medewerkers. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden goed worden gepland, veilig worden uitgevoerd en de productieprocessen soepel verlopen. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, houdt overzicht en weet medewerkers op een duidelijke en positieve manier aan te sturen. Tegelijkertijd werk je zelf actief mee in het productieproces. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Opstellen van de dagelijkse personeelsplanning en regelen van vervanging bij afwezigheid; - Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en aanspreken van medewerkers en derden; - Optreden bij onveilige situaties en ongewenst gedrag en zorgen voor naleving van de veiligheidsregels; - Toezien op het correct naleven van procedures, werkinstructies en locatievoorschriften. Maar ook op een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving. - Verzorgen van de wachtoverdracht en zorgen voor een goede afstemming met andere diensten en afdelingen; - Deelnemen aan het planningsoverleg, - Afstemmen van de afvoer van producten en halffabricaten; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de bewerking en (voor)sortering van afvalstromen; - Controleren en uitvoeren van schoonmaak- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan machines.
