Om onze groei verder vorm te geven zijn wij op zoek naar een Meewerkend Voorman Afmontage / Glaszetten die samen met het team zorgt voor een perfect eindresultaat. Wat ga je doen? Als Meewerkend Voorman Afmontage / Glaszetten ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de laatste en misschien wel belangrijkste stap in ons productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze producten vakkundig worden afgemonteerd, beglaasd en gecontroleerd voordat ze naar de klant gaan. Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer en bent tegelijkertijd het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's op de afdeling. Wij vragen Wie ben jij? Jij bent een ervaren vakman met oog voor kwaliteit. Je vindt het leuk om collega's te begeleiden en haalt voldoening uit het gezamenlijk behalen van een mooi eindresultaat. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers binnen de afmontage- en glasafdeling; - Het verdelen en bewaken van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Het plaatsen van glas volgens de geldende richtlijnen en kwaliteitsnormen; - Het monteren van hang- en sluitwerk, ventilatieroosters en overige onderdelen; - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op gereed product; - Het bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de afdeling; - Het signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan een efficiënter productieproces.
