Vacaturebeschrijving Voor een betonproductieomgeving in de regio Alphen aan den Rijn zijn wij op zoek naar een Meewerkend Voorman die het voortouw neemt op de werkvloer en bijdraagt aan een soepel en efficiënt productieproces. In deze functie werk je in dagdiensten en ben je zowel actief op de werkvloer als verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een klein team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse productie goed verloopt, bewaakt de kwaliteit en houdt het overzicht over planning en werkzaamheden. Over het bedrijfWerk mee aan de productie van hoogwaardige prefab betonelementen die worden toegepast in woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en grootschalige bouwprojecten door heel Nederland. In een moderne productiefaciliteit werk je met geavanceerde technieken aan maatwerkoplossingen waarbij kwaliteit, vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal staan. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw bijdrage is direct zichtbaar in indrukwekkende bouwprojecten van morgen. Wat ga je doen?- Meewerken in het productieproces van betonelementen - Aansturen en begeleiden van collega's op de werkvloer - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meedenken in oplossingen - Zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team
