Voor een bouwbedrijf in Zeeland zijn wij op zoek naar een meewerkend voorman bouw. In deze functie combineer je leidinggeven met praktisch werk op verschillende bouwprojecten. Je werkt samen met collega's, onderaannemers en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, netjes en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Als Meewerkend Voorman ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat collega's weten wat er moet gebeuren en houdt ondertussen de voortgang van het project in de gaten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en begeleiden van collega's op de bouwplaats. - Coördineren van werkzaamheden met onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Zelf actief meewerken aan de werkzaamheden. - Bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit. - Signaleren en oplossen van praktische problemen. - Overleggen met de projectleider en andere betrokken partijen. - Zorgen voor een veilige en goed georganiseerde werkplek. - Meedenken over een efficiënte aanpak van de werkzaamheden. - Contact houden met de klant wanneer dit tijdens het project nodig is.
