Jij monitort met behulp van SAP de inkomende orderstroom en de real time verwerking daarvan per logistiek bereik, per Medewerker. Verder: - Motiveer, stimuleer en stuur je een team van Medewerkers Diepvries aan - Monitor je de inkomende goederen en plaats je ze in de juiste prioriteit - Analyseer je openstaande orders en herken je knelpunten om deze vervolgens op te lossen - Controleer en bewaak je de snelheid van de verwerking per medewerker - Houd je afstemming met de versafdelingen en de transportplanning - Werk je daarnaast mee in het team Ben jij dé Meewerkend Voorman Diepvries die wij zoeken? - Je hebt een mbo-opleiding in een logistieke richting - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een vergelijkbare logistieke functie - Je kunt planmatig denken en werkt oplossingsgericht - Je houdt overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is - Je hebt affiniteit met SAP of leert nieuwe syste...
