Samen met collega’s werk je in een veilige en moderne productieomgeving. Functieomschrijving Emmi Desserts Weert is een bekende producent van koelvers en vriesvers gebak. In de bakkerij in Weert worden onder andere cakerollen en tompoucen geproduceerd voor retail, foodservice en diverse merken in Europa. Innovatie, kwaliteit en vakmanschap staan bij ons centraal. Als meewerkend voorman inpak ben je verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere verpakkingslijnen waar onze producten worden verpakt. Je stuurt een team van 4 tot 20 collega’s aan en zorgt ervoor dat het proces efficiënt, veilig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Jouw werkzaamheden: Instellen, ombouwen en afstellen van verpakkingslijnen Zorgen voor tijdige aanvoer van verpakkingsmaterialen Uitvoeren van visuele kwaliteitscontroles Signaleren en oplossen van storingen Meedenken over verbeteringen in het verpakkingsproces Werken volgens HACCP-, veiligheids- en bedrijfsvoorschriften Aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers op de lijn
