- Vacature Meewerkend Voorman Extrusie - Oosterhout NB (3 ploegen) OOSTERHOUT NB Logo Raaak Personeel Wat ga je doen Als Meewerkend Voorman Extrusie in Oosterhout ben jij degene met de leiding over jouw ploeg tijdens de 3-ploegendienst, ook in de nacht en het weekend. Overdag is er een teamleider én een assistent teamleider aanwezig die de dagdienst aansturen, maar in de avonden, nachten en weekenden ben jij degene die het team aanstuurt en beslissingen neemt. Je combineert het meewerken in het productieproces van PVC via extrusietechnologie met het aansturen en motiveren van je team. Je verdeelt de taken, zorgt voor een correcte en constructieve ploegenoverdracht en bewaakt de voortgang van de productie. Kwaliteitsbewaking, rapportages en het organiseren van teamoverleggen horen daar ook bij. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij procesverbeteringen en draag je actief bij aan een prettige werksfeer. In deze afwisselende functie heb je dus veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om het verschil te maken op de werkvloer. Ben jij klaar om het voortouw te nemen in jouw ploeg?
