Functieomschrijving Als Meewerkend Voorman ben jij de drijvende kracht in de werkplaats. Jij combineert leidinggeven met actief meewerken aan technische projecten. Je stuurt het team van constructiebankwerkers en lassers aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit en veiligheid altijd op nummer één staan. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en organisatietalent loopt alles op rolletjes.

Een werkdag begint met het coördineren van de werkzaamheden en het verdelen van de taken. Je begeleidt leerling-monteurs, houdt toezicht op de voortgang, grijpt in bij technische uitdagingen en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega s, ondersteunt bij de inkoop van materialen, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt voor een veilige, nette werkplaats.

De combinatie van coachen, organiseren en meewerken zorgt voor veel afwisseling in je dag.
