The posting

Hebt misschien een mbo-diploma niveau 4 - dat is mooi - maar het denkniveau is een must. Hebt kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheid is handig. Hebt ervaring opgedaan met het inpakken van andere voedselproducten. Hebt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel staan. Kan kleine storingen zelf oplossen.

Als meewerkend voorman op de afdeling inpak ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inpakken en verwerken van tientallen soorten gebak wat dagvers geleverd wordt aan verschillende Nederlandse supermarkten.

Samen met zes inpakkers vorm je een team. Jullie zijn samen verantwoordelijk voor een productielijn. Jij stuurt deze mensen aan zodat zij weten wat er van hun verwacht wordt. Je zorgt ervoor dat de goede verpakkingen klaar staan, zodat het gebak ingepakt kan worden. Je stelt de metaaldetector in op het goede programma en controleert dit. Je stelt de etiketteermachine in en checkt of het etiket klopt en de band kan beginnen te rollen. Ai, het etiket zit niet goed op de doos. Jij zoekt uit waar het door komt en lost het op. Machines worden schoongemaakt en de vloer word geveegd.

Wie zoeken we? Jij als meewerkend voorman: Hebt misschien een mbo-diploma niveau 4 - dat is mooi - maar het denkniveau is een must. Kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheid is handig. Ervaring met het inpakken van andere voedselproducten. Veiligheid hoog in het vaandel staan. Begint er nou iets te haperen aan je machine? Better safe than sorry, je seint meteen je Teamleider in. Kleine storingen zelf oplossen, maar je bent geen techneut. Grote storingen lost de technische dienst op. Daarnaast zijn we op zoek naar collega's die passie voor hun producten hebben en betrokken zijn bij hun werk. Wanneer we topdrukte hebben door acties en feestdagen, ben jij niet te beroerd om op andere dagen of tijden te werken of langere diensten te draaien.

Een salaris dat ingeschaald wordt volgens de Bakkers CAO, wat betekent dat je elke 4 weken wordt uitbetaald Hier komen nog extra toeslagen bovenop voor het werken in de avonduren, nachten of weekenden!
