Dit bedrijf voert projecten uit op het gebied van openbaar groen, bedrijfsgroen en civiel- en milieutechniek. Hier werken ruim 235 collega's samen aan een groenere leefomgeving. Sociaal ondernemerschap staat centraal: bij dit bedrijf maak je als meewerkend voorman groenvoorziening echt impact op mensen én de omgeving. In deze functie werk je actief mee aan mooie groenprojecten, stuur je een hecht team aan en draag je bij aan een groene en sociale leefomgeving. Je krijgt direct verantwoordelijkheid en ziet het resultaat van jouw inzet terug in tevreden klanten én een groeiend team. Je werkplek is altijd dichtbij huis en je hebt volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Over de functie Als meewerkend voorman groenvoorziening start je jouw dag samen met jouw team van 3 tot 8 collega's aan uiteenlopende groenprojecten in en rond Schagen. Jij werkt niet alleen zelf actief mee, maar geeft ook leiding en houdt het overzicht. Je begeleidt medewerkers, waaronder mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt, en helpt hen in hun ontwikkeling. Denk aan het schoffelen en maaien van gemeentelijk groen, of het aanleggen en verzorgen van bedrijfstuinen. Je bewaakt altijd de veiligheid, spreekt mensen aan waar nodig en zorgt samen voor een netjes afgerond project. Onder begeleiding van de uitvoerder stem je alles goed af en motiveer je je team om iedere dag het beste resultaat te halen. Je werkt veel buiten, soms in uitdagende weersomstandigheden, maar altijd met een positieve instelling en oog voor elkaar.
