In Amersfoort stuur je als meewerkend voorman groenvoorziening een ploeg van twee tot drie collega’s aan en werk je zelf mee. Je verdeelt het werk over verschillende onderhoudsprojecten, houdt contact met de opdrachtgever en lost praktische problemen buiten direct op. Zo krijg je veel invloed op de planning, de kwaliteit en het eindresultaat. Funtieomschrijving Je werkt bij een gespecialiseerd groenbedrijf met verschillende onderhoudsprojecten in en rond Amersfoort. Samen met een kleine ploeg ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering en een verzorgde oplevering. Je krijgt ruimte om mee te denken en buiten zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen. Functie-eisen Praktijkervaring in groenonderhoud, groenvoorziening of hovenierswerk. Ervaring met het begeleiden van collega’s of aantoonbare aanleg voor een leidinggevende rol. Genoeg vakkennis om zelf mee te werken en de kwaliteit te beoordelen. Het vermogen om werkzaamheden te plannen, structuur aan te brengen en snel te schakelen. Een duidelijke manier van communiceren met collega’s en opdrachtgevers. Een rijbewijs B om tussen de projecten te reizen. Wij bieden Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.400 tot €4.400 op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring. De mogelijkheid om 32 tot 40 uur per week te werken aan jaarrond onderhoudsprojecten. Een dienstverband met zicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren. 25 verlofdagen bij een fulltime dienstverband en 8% vakantiegeld. Pensioenopbouw vanaf de eerste werkdag, reiskostenvergoeding en overige voorwaarden volgens de geldende cao. Professioneel materieel en mogelijkheden voor opleidingen, certificaten en doorgroei naar uitvoerder groen of werkvoorbereider groen. Over Proflex Organiseer het dagelijkse groenonderhoud op verschillende locaties. Plan en verdeel het werk binnen jouw ploeg. Stuur twee tot drie collega’s aan en geef duidelijke werkinstructies. Werk zelf mee aan het onderhouden en verzorgen van de buitenruimte. Controleer of het werk volgens planning en op

het juiste kwaliteitsniveau wordt uitgevoerd. Bespreek de voortgang met de opdrachtgever en los onverwachte problemen op.
