Ploeg aansturen, zelf meewerken en zorgen dat het groenonderhoud in Haaren netjes volgens planning wordt uitgevoerd. Als meewerkend voorman groenvoorziening verdeel je het werk, houd je overzicht op de locatie en pak je zelf ook de schoffel, bosmaaier, heggenschaar of bladblazer erbij. Je werkt aan onderhoudsprojecten in woonwijken, parken, plantvakken, groenstroken, bedrijfsterreinen en openbaar groen. Deze functie past bij een ervaren groenmedewerker die klaar is voor de volgende stap, maar ook bij een zij-instromer met aanpakmentaliteit, buitenwerkervaring en de motivatie om door te groeien in het groen. Je hoeft dus niet alles al te kunnen, zolang je verantwoordelijkheid neemt, veilig werkt en collega’s op een natuurlijke manier kunt meenemen. Funtieomschrijving Je gaat aan de slag bij een professioneel groenbedrijf met onderhoudsprojecten in Haaren en Midden-Brabant. De werkzaamheden liggen vooral in openbaar groen, woonwijken, parken, bedrijfsterreinen, instellingen en andere buitenruimtes waar dagelijks mensen langskomen. Je werkt met goed materieel, duidelijke planning en collega’s die weten wat aanpakken is. Als meewerkend voorman ben jij zichtbaar op de werkplek: je houdt overzicht, helpt mee en zorgt dat het team door kan. Projecten liggen onder andere in Haaren, Oisterwijk, Vught, Boxtel, Tilburg, Den Bosch en omliggende plaatsen.
