Als meewerkend voorman sociaal groenbeheer in Amersfoort organiseer je het dagelijkse groenonderhoud en begeleid je medewerkers die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je werkt zelf buiten mee, brengt vakvaardigheden over en zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving waarin mensen zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Funtieomschrijving Je werkt bij een organisatie die groenonderhoud combineert met het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van mensen. Samen met jouw ploeg onderhoud je de openbare ruimte in Amersfoort en omliggende plaatsen. Sommige collega’s hebben extra ondersteuning nodig om hun vakvaardigheden, zelfstandigheid en zelfvertrouwen te vergroten. Je werkt daarom nauw samen met een praktijkbegeleider en houdt aandacht voor zowel het werkresultaat als de mensen in je team. Functie-eisen Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B. Je hebt ervaring met groenonderhoud en voldoende vakkennis om zelf mee te werken. Je communiceert rustig en duidelijk en kunt grenzen stellen wanneer dat nodig is. Je hebt geduld en past je begeleiding aan op wat een medewerker nodig heeft. Je kunt werkzaamheden verdelen, overzicht houden en de ploeg bijsturen. Je hebt affiniteit met medewerkers die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je werkt veilig en spreekt collega’s aan op afspraken en werkwijzen. Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Groen op niveau 4 is een pluspunt. Ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van groenmedewerkers is een pluspunt. Rijbewijs BE is gewenst. Je hebt VCA VOL of bent bereid dit certificaat te behalen. Wij bieden Een salaris van €3.000 tot €4.100 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur, met 36 uur als uitgangspunt voor deze functie. Een tijdelijk contract met de intentie om langdurig samen te werken. 25 verlofdagen bij een fulltime dienstverband en 8% vakantiegeld. Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag. Reiskostenvergoeding volgens de geldende regeling. Jaarrond werk

waarin je groenonderhoud en coaching combineert. Ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als voorman en begeleider. Overige arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de toepasselijke cao. Over Proflex Verdelen en organiseren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Begeleiden, motiveren en coachen van medewerkers op de werkplek. Geven van duidelijke werkinstructies die aansluiten bij het niveau van iedere collega. Overdragen van praktische vakvaardigheden binnen het groenonderhoud. Meewerken aan snoeien, schoffelen, maaien en het verzorgen van beplanting. Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van het werk. Signaleren van ontwikkelmogelijkheden en knelpunten bij medewerkers. Creëren van een veilige, prettige en inclusieve werkomgeving. Onderhouden van contact met gemeenten en bewoners over de dagelijkse uitvoering. Bijhouden van eenvoudige administratieve gegevens. Afstemmen met de praktijkbegeleider over het werk en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
