Je bent de schakel tussen de uitvoering en de voorbereiding en houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk lopen. Met jouw initiatief en oplossingsgericht denken bewaak je de voortgang, stuur je bij waar nodig en motiveer je het team om samen een sterk resultaat neer te zetten. - Leidinggeven aan grondwerkzaamheden op diverse projectlocaties. - Coördineren van graafwerk, bouwkuipen, funderingswerk, afwatering en grondaanvullingen. - Controleren van maatvoering en uitvoering volgens werkplan en kwaliteitseisen. - Toezien op veiligheid, milieuregels, materieelgebruik en nette oplevering. - Afstemmen met werkvoorbereider en projectleider over voortgang, knelpunten en inzet van mensen en materialen. Functie-eisen Jij bent een ervaren vakmens die overzicht houdt, duidelijk communiceert en collega's op een natuurlijke manier meeneemt in het werk. Je combineert uitvoerende kracht met verantwoordelijkheid en weet hoe je op een veilige en efficiënte manier resultaten behaalt. - Je brengt ervaring mee in grondwerk, GWW of een vergelijkbare uitvoerende rol. - Ervaring met aansturen of meewerken in een ploeg op buitenprojecten. - Kennis van maatvoering, veiligheidsvoorschriften en basis uitvoeringstechniek. - Rijbewijs B; bij voorkeur ook ervaring met machines of relevante certificaten. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt afspraken scherp in het oog en schakelt vlot me...
