Ben jij een ervaren Meewerkend Voorman Hovenier met aanlegspecialisatie én natuurlijk leiderschap? Wil je werken aan exclusieve tuinprojecten bij een gerenommeerd hoveniersbedrijf in het hogere segment? Dan is dit jouw kans. Wij zoeken een meewerkend voorman hovenier die niet alleen vakmanschap in de vingers heeft, maar ook in staat is om een team aan te sturen en het proces rondom een tuinproject te coördineren van A tot Z. Als meewerkend voorman werk je dagelijks aan hoogwaardige tuinaanlegprojecten bij een exclusief hoveniersbedrijf dat actief is in het hogere segment , met een projectwaarde variërend van +/- €250.000 tot €2 miljoen. Je stuurt een team van 3 tot 4 hoveniers aan, werkt zelf actief mee in de uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens tekening, offerte en planning wordt gerealiseerd. Je hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit. De klanten verwachten namelijk topserve. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Aansturen en begeleiden van je vaste team op locatie - Coördinatie van de werkzaamheden op basis van tekening en offerte - Uitvoering van de aanleg vanaf tekening tot oplevering - Contact met klanten en heldere terugkoppeling naar de binnendienst - Bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang en netheid op de werkplek - Representatief optreden bij klanten in het hogere segment - Minimaal 4-5 jaar ervaring in het hoveniersvak, inclusief leidinggeven - Aantoonbare ervaring in tuinaanleg op hoog niveau - Je "snapt de tuin". Inzicht en overzicht is belangrijker dan diploma's - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, bij voorkeur ook Engels - Representatief voorkomen en goede / nette communicatieve vaardigheden - Rijbewijs B en BE - Woonachtig in de regio Amersfoort of omstreken (denk tevens aan Barneveld, Putten, Nijkerk etc. ) - Mentaliteit: netjes werken, afspraken nakomen, teamspeler - Salaris rond de €4.500 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van werkervaring) - Bedrijfsbus van de zaak - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverb...
