Als Meewerkend Voorman Koekjes ben je de drijvende kracht achter onze productielijn. Je combineert leidinggeven met actief meewerken op de vloer, waarbij je zorgt voor een gestroomlijnd productieproces en hoge kwaliteitsnormen. Dit ga je doen:- Bedienen van productiemachines en bewaken van het productieproces - Controleren van de kwaliteit van producten tijdens alle fasen van de productie - Grondstoffen aanvullen en kleine technische storingen oplossen - Medewerkers aansturen, nieuwe collega's begeleiden en de planning bewaken - Registreren van productiegegevens en schakelen met QA/QC en de technische dienst bij afwijkingen

Je bent flexibel beschikbaar tussen 06:00 en 00:00 uur en bereid om in ploegendienst te werken.
