Intro Ben jij een ervaren logistiek professional met technisch inzicht en een passie voor het aansturen van processen? Voor een toonaangevende producent binnen de industriële maakindustrie zoeken wij een Voorman Grondstoffenlogistiek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen veilig, op tijd en volgens planning beschikbaar zijn voor het productieproces. Je werkt in dagdienst, in een klein en betrokken team, en krijgt alle ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Functieomschrijving In deze functie ben jij de spil tussen het bedrijfsbureau en de productieafdeling. Je geeft dagelijkse leiding aan de heftruckchauffeur en bewaakt de logistieke-, maal- en mengprocessen van ruwe grondstoffen tot persmengsel. Jij zorgt voor kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en continuïteit binnen alle grondstofstromen en installaties. Wat ga je doen? - Ontvangen, controleren en laten lossen van grondstoffen (per vrachtwagen en schip). - Toezien op een ordelijke en correcte opslag in bunkers, silo's en het buitenterrein. - Bewaken van voorraadstanden, veiligheidsvoorraden en kwaliteitsachteruitgang van grondstoffen. - Correct gebruik van recepten en volgordes samen met de ploegchefs. - Instrueren, begeleiden en motiveren van collega's en tijdelijke krachten. - Doen van verbetervoorstellen en begeleiden van productieproeven. - Actieve rol in veiligheid: incidentmeldingen, PBM-toezicht, input voor toolboxen.

Functie eisen We zoeken een voorman met natuurlijk overwicht, nauwkeurigheid en de drive om processen goed te organiseren. Wat breng je mee? - MBO-4 diploma, met affiniteit voor logistiek en techniek. - Enkele jaren ervaring in een logistieke functie binnen een industriële productieomgeving. - Geldig heftruck- en shovelcertificaat (of bereid deze te halen). - Praktisch, hands-on, gedreven en oplossingsgericht. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamplayer die indirect medewerkers kan aansturen. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (woord en geschrift). - Kennis van Word en Excel.
