Voor een transportbedrijf in de regio Capelle aan den IJssel zijn wij op zoek naar een Meewerkend Voorman . Je bent de schakel tussen de planning op kantoor en de uitvoering in het warehouse. Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Als Meewerkend Voorman start jouw dag met het verdelen van de werkzaamheden binnen je team. Jij bepaalt wie waarmee aan de slag gaat en houdt daarbij altijd rekening met de afspraken die vooraf met de planning zijn gemaakt. Tijdens de dag ben je veel aanwezig op de vloer, waar je ongeveer twee derde van je tijd meewerkt met het team. Je zorgt dat alles volgens de juiste procedures verloopt en bewaakt de voortgang. Tegelijkertijd ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden en controleren van de documentatie, zodat deze compleet en correct doorgestuurd kan worden naar kantoor en de klant. Vanuit jouw rol denk je ook vooruit: je houdt de planning van de komende dagen in de gaten, zorgt dat er voldoende personeel beschikbaar is en werkt actief mee aan het verbeteren van de processen in het warehouse. Ongeveer twee derde van je tijd werk je actief mee in de operatie: - laden en lossen van containers en tankopleggers, - orderpicken en verzendklaar maken van goederen, - meedenken over een efficiënte inzet van de leidingen voor een optimale planning. Het overige deel van de dag besteed je aan kantoorwerkzaamheden: - controleren van documentatie voordat deze naar kantoor en klant gaat, - checken of alle werkzaamheden correct zijn uitgevoerd, - nalopen van de planning voor de komende dagen, - zorgen dat de personeels...
