Je werkt zelf actief mee in het magazijn, neemt van nature de leiding en weet je collega op een positieve manier mee te nemen in de veranderingen. Je bent sterk in logistieke administratie, houdt overzicht en ziet direct waar processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht. Je bent nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en krijgt energie van het verbeteren van de dagelijkse logistieke operatie. Wat ga je doen? Als voorman logistiek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten verlopen van alle magazijnprocessen. Je combineert een meewerkende rol met het coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de logistieke processen binnen de organisatie. Samen met je collega zorg je ervoor dat inkomende en uitgaande goederen soepel worden verwerkt en dat het magazijn overzichtelijk, veilig en efficiënt functioneert. Naast de dagelijkse operatie kijk je continu naar verbeteringen. Je analyseert bestaande werkprocessen, signaleert knelpunten en doet voorstellen om de logistieke organisatie slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde manier van werken klopt de administratie en verlopen de processen vlekkeloos. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Coördineren en uitvoeren van de dagelijkse magazijnwerkzaamheden; - Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van je collega magazijnmedewerker; - Orderpicken, verwerken en verzendklaar maken van orders; - Uitvoeren van inkomende- en uitgaande goederencontroles; - Verzorgen van een correcte logistieke en magazijnadministratie; - Verrichten van lichte assemblagewerkzaamheden; - Het magazijn schoon, veilig en overzichtelijk houden; - Signaleren, analyseren en verbeteren van...
